Key Responsibilities
To generate new business leads and identify opportunities aligned with Plisca’s solutions.
To assist in the full tender lifecycle including pre and post-submission activities.
To engage in marketing activities including online promotion and development of materials.
To collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Pre-Sales, and Writers) to craft proposals and presentations.
To develop and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, principals, and technology or industry partners.
To provide continuous support and updates to clients and partners for long-term relationship building.
To support the company’s visibility and branding through event participation, social media, and strategic networking.
A. Customer Relationship
Identify and develop new leads from both public and private sectors.
Conduct outreach (calls, emails, visits) to initiate client engagement.
Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure proactive communication.
Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance service offerings.
B. Tender/ Quotation
Track and identify relevant tenders (ePerolehan, etc.)
Collaborate with the technical and sales team to develop proposal inputs.
Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and financial documents.
Ensure all company profiles, certifications, and marketing inputs are current and aligned to tender needs.
Support post-submission client follow-up and clarification processes.
C. Sales and Partner Management
Coordinate with Solution Engineers and Technical Teams for technical presentations.
Customize and present products/solutions to meet client-specific needs.
Manage and interpret client requirements throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain relationships with technology partners, distributors, and principals.
Identify and explore new industry collaborations and bundling opportunities for tenders or direct sales.
D. Marketing and Promotions
Execute and manage marketing activities (social media, campaigns, basic design).
Assist in content development for brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
Ensure the company maintains a strong digital presence aligned with industry positioning.
Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events to build visibility.
