Over the past nine months, our team has successfully led a Business Process Review (BPR) initiative for Student Management under the Ministry of Education (MoE). This review was undertaken to gain a comprehensive understanding of the existing student data pipeline and identify areas for improvement.
As part of the process, we engaged with 12 key divisions through focus groups and applied a triangulated data gathering approach to ensure accuracy and inclusiveness. From this, we were able to map the current processes in detail and realign them to reflect the full student lifecycle — from enrollment to graduation.
This initiative not only highlighted legacy systems but also provided valuable insights into opportunities for process improvement, gap analysis, and digital transformation in the education sector.
